Gus M. Bilirakis (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Florida's 12th Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2013. His current term ends on January 3, 2025.

Bilirakis was first elected to the U.S. House, representing District 9, in 2006. He represented District 9 until 2013. He won election to represent District 12 in 2012.
In his time in Congress, Bilirakis has served on the House Energy and Commerce Committee and as the vice chairman of the House Veterans Affairs Committee.
Prior to serving in Congress, Bilirakis represented District 48 of the Florida House of Representatives from 1999 to 2007.
Gus Bilirakis was born in Gainesville, Florida. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 1986 and a J.D. from Stetson Law School in 1989. Before he was elected to public office, Bilirakis owned a law practice focused on estate planning. He has served on the board of Lighthouse for the Blind, as a member of the Rotary Club, and as a member of his local chamber of commerce.
