He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Stanford University in 2008 and master's degrees in business administration and public policy from Harvard University in 2014. Harder's career experience includes working as a course instructor with Modesto Junior College, the vice president of Bessemer Venture Partners, and a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
